Ahead of their long-awaited 3rd album (ON DRUGS) from proto synth punks Primitive Calculators, It Records is proud to bring you the industrial stomp of POWER. It's an absolute belter, an angry, thumping, juggernaut of a track. You can dance to this, it's viscous electro punk, but it's got a real groove. Primitive Calculators have been shouting down the system for 40 years and they are not ready to stop. Why should they, the world is more messed up than ever.

POWER features original members Stuart Grant, Denise Rosenberg, David Light and the late Frank Lovece alongside new band member Mo Louie and the rest of “The Pocket Calculators” : Grace, Stella Electrica and rapper OGO, on backing vocals, and label mate Andrea Blake (Vacuum/ Asps) on synths/ Drum Machines.

Primitive Calculators will be joining their label mates New War, Time For Dreams, Taipan Tiger Girls, Little Desert, Vacuum and Other Places as well as special guests Hardata at the It Records 4th Birthday Bash Saturday 24th March at The Tote. They will be doing a special acapella set or Primitive Calculators Unp[lugged if you like as The Pocket Calculators. Tickets are $13 + BF on sale now.
